1. Cancellations
Service bookings made with Folium Multimedia Production are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery and scheduling. As such:
Once a service booking has been confirmed and payment completed, cancellations are not permitted.
If you encounter any issues with your service booking, please contact our support team immediately to assess if any accommodations can be made on a case-by-case basis.
2. Returns & Refunds
By engaging the services of Folium Multimedia Production, the client agrees to the following terms regarding service returns or refunds:
a. Change of Mind
Refunds or service cancellations due to change of mind are not accepted.
b. Defective or Unsatisfactory Services
Clients may request a service revision or partial refund if the service delivered is demonstrably defective or does not substantially meet the agreed-upon specifications.
Requests must be:
Submitted within seven (7) days of service delivery or completion.
Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of payment.
Supported by clear documentation or explanation of the issue.
c. Time-Sensitive Deliverables
If the service involves physical deliverables such as signage, the return request will be honored only if:
The item is at least 75% intact at the time of return.
The return is initiated within the 7-day window and includes proof of purchase.
3. Processing of Refunds or Service Revisions
Once a complaint or request is reviewed, the client will be informed of the outcome.
If approved, service revisions, rescheduling, or refunds (partial or full, depending on the case) will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Requests that fall outside the stated terms will not be eligible for refund or revision.
